He is board-certified by both the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. Being board-certified in both fields gives Dr. Loos unique insight and refined skills in dealing with the complexity of the face, head, and neck. Dr. Loos' research has appeared in medical text books and national scientific journals on both Facial Plastic Surgery and Head and Neck Surgery.
